In today's video on @SheebasCookeryWorld , we will see how to make cheese burst pizza on tawa using sandwich bread. This is an instant bread pizza recipe that you can make in 10 minutes. This cheese burst pizza is very cheesy and flavourful, similar to your dominos pizza or pizzahut pizza. This cheese burst pizza recipe is very easy to make and is an excellent kids snack.
Ingredients:
Sandwich Bread - 2 slices
Cheese Slice - 1 sheet
Grated Mozzarella Cheese - 6 tbsp
Schezwan Chutney - 2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tsp
Oregano, Chilli Flakes - 2 tsp
Chopped Vegetables - Onion, Capsicum, Boiled Corn, Tomato
Butter - 1 tsp
Preparation:
To make the bread pizza, you will need 2 sandwich bread slices.
Cut the edges of one slice and flatten slightly using a rolling pin.
To prepare the pizza base, place 1 bread slice first, on which you place a cheese slice/sheet.
Spread some grated mozzarella cheese.
Then place the flattened bread slice on top.
Spread the pizza sauce or schezwan chutney + tomato ketchup evenly over the bread slice. Also sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
Spread a second layer of grated mozzarella cheese and then top it up with your favourite veggies.
Finally add the 3rd layer of mozzarella cheese and finish off by sprinkling some oregano and chilli flakes on top.
To cook the pizza, heat some butter in a pan. Place the pizza and cover with a lid.
Set the flame on medium and cook for about 5 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt.
Remove from the tawa and serve hot!!!
