Welcome to SheebasCookeryWorld. In today's video, we will see the recipe of Tender Coconut Shake, which is quite unique and different from the regular milkshakes that we have. It is made from the tender coconut malai or tender coconut meat and served in the tender coconut shell. You can garnish it with dry nuts of your choice or even your favourite ice cream. Your kids would absolutely love it. Ingredients Tender Coconut Malai - 1 cup Tender Coconut Water - 1/2 cup Split Cashews - 5 to 10 Sugar - 2 tbsp or as per taste Ice Cubes Chopped Dry Nuts - for garnish Tutty Fruity - for garnish Preparation: Add the tender coconut malai, water, sugar, cashews to a blender and blend until smooth. Add in some ice cubes and blend again. Add some ice cubes to the tender coconut shell. Pour in the prepared tender coconut shake. Top it up with chopped nuts and nutty fruity and enjoy!!!Checkout the recipe video below:
