No-Knead Baked (Not Fried) Chocolate Glazed Donuts | No-Yeast Homemade Doughnuts Recipe

Today's recipe is Chocolate Glazed Donuts. It is a very easy recipe and you can quickly make it with few ingredients.

Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Nutmeg Powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder - 2 tsp
Eggs - 2 (at room temperature)
Milk - 1/2 cup
Vegetable Oil - 1/3 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
White/Milk Chocolate - 1/2 cup
Dark Chocolate - 1/2 cup
Coconut Oil - 2 tsp

Preparation:
Mix the dry ingredients together and set it aside.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and pour milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract to the beaten eggs and mix well.
Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mix and combine everything really well.
Transfer this batter into a piping bag and cut the tip. You can also use of round nozzle if you want.
Grease the donut mould with some melted butter and pipe out the batter into each of it until it reaches 3/4th of it.
Tap the pan couple of times.
Preheat the oven to 180 deg centigrade and bake the donuts for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove onto a cooling rack once done.
Add some coconut oil to the chocolate chips and microwave for a minute until the chocolate melts.
Stir the mixture until the chocolate dissolves completely. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
Now dip each of the donut in melted chocolate, and place on a wire rack.
Before the chocolate dries, put some sprinkles on top.
You can also use the same chocolate to draw some patterns.
Chocolate Glazed Donuts are ready to be served.
