Today lets see how to make Watermelon Slushy, which you could easily make with very few ingredients and enjoy during this summer.
Ingredients
Watermelon - 2 cups
Watermelon Juice - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Mint Leaves - for Garnish
Preparation
Cut watermelon into two halves
Remove the skin
Cut into small chunks
Discard the Seeds
Watermelon cubes are ready
Transfer to a zip pouch
Remove the air trapped inside
Place it in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours
After 3 hours, watermelon will be completely frozen
Take watermelon juice in a small bowl. Add Sugar and lemon juice to it and mix well.
Add the juice to the watermelon and mix well
Seal the pouch and smash the watermelon/sugar/juice mixture with a rolling pin
Smash until you get smooth texture
Transfer to the serving glass and garnish with some mint leaves.
Watermelon Slushy is ready!!
Serve immediately.
