Seer fish
proves to be one of the favourite seafood across the globe. It is very tasty
and has many health benefits. It is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, which
helps in regulating inflammation to supporting the structure and function of
cells, and also lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease. Today lets see how
to make Seer Fish Fry which is simply tasty and goes well with rice….

Ingredients:
- Seer Fish Slices – 3
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp or to taste
- Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ tbsp.
- Fennel Powder – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
- Oil for frying (Sunflower/Coconut)
Preparation:
- Wash the seer fish slices and remove excess water.
- Make a thick paste out of the dry ingredients by adding water, little by little.
- Marinate the fish slices with this paste and set aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the seer fish on both the sides on a medium flame until it turns crisp and golden brown.
- Add some curry leaves to the same oil and fry for a minute of 2.
- Transfer the fried fish along with the curry leaves onto a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
