Mutton Liver Fry

Variety of tasty dishes are prepared using goat liver which is very energetic and healthy food.
Below is one such recipe which i am sure most of you will like!!

Ingredients:
  1. Mutton Liver - 250 gm
  2. Chopped Onion - 1 big
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  4. Slit Green Chillies - 2
  5. Curry leaves - 2 sticks
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
  11. Mustard seeds - for seasoning
  12. Chopped Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  13. Water - 1/4 cup

Preparation:
  1. Wash and chop the liver into small cubes.
  2. Heat a pan. Add oil to the pan. Once the oil turns hot, add mustard seeds and wait until they splutter.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell is gone.
  4. Add fresh curry leaves.
  5. Now add chopped onion and some salt and fry until they slightly turn brown. Add slit green chillies as well.
  6. At this stage, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix well. 
  7. Add the liver cubes and mix well. Adjust the salt accordingly by adding more if required.
  8. Add water to this and mix well.
  9. Cover and cook on a medium flame for about 15 minutes or until it is done. Stir occasionally.
  10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Spicy and Hot Mutton Liver Fry is ready to be served with rice or chapatti.
