Raita


Ingredients:

  1. Curd - 1 cup
  2. Chopped onion - 1 no.
  3. Chopped tomato - 1 no.
  4. Chopped green chillies - 2 to 3
  5. Salt - to taste
Preparation:
  1. Take curd in a bowl and make it smooth with the help of a spoon.
  2. Add chopped onion, tomato and green chillies and mix well.
  3. Add salt to taste and mix. Add little water if the curd is very thick.
  4. Serve with biryani or pulao.
