Ingredients
Vegetables:
- Carrot- 2
- Beans – 4 to 5
- Brocolli florets – ½ cup
- Diced Red and Yellow Bell Peppers – ½ cup
Dressing:
- Thousand Island Salad Dressing – 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Preparation:
- Heat a pan. Add Olive oil to it.
- Add all the chopped vegetables, salt and black pepper powder and saute for few mins until slightly done.
- Remove from flame.
- Add the Thousand Island salad dressing and serve.
