Ingredients
- Boiled and mashed Potato - 1 or 2
- Methi leaves (without stem) - 1 cup
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the jeera and wait until it splutters.
- Now add the methi leaves and fry for 2 mins.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and little salt and mix well. NOTE: Add salt while cooking the potatoes.
- Add few drops of water and cook the leaves for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add the mashed potato to this and mix well.
- Server hot with chapatti.
