Ingredients:
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Curd - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chillies - 3 to 4
- Curry leaves - 10
- Chopped green chillies- 2 to 3
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the mustard seeds and wait until it splutters.
- Add the dry red chillies and fry until it slightly changes colour.
- Add the curry leaves, green chillies and then the coriander leaves and fry for a minute.
- Now add the cooked rice and salt and mix well.
- Remove from flame and keep aside so that it cools down.
- Now add the curd and mix well. If the curd is thick, you can add some water to adjust the consistency.
- Serve with pickle.
