Quick Paneer Butter Masala!!



Ingredients:

  1. Paneer slices - 1 cup
  2. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  3. Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  5. Kasuri methi powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
  7. Tomato puree - 2 tsp
  8. Milk -  1 cup
  9. Red colour - 1 pinch
  10. Butter - 2 tbsp
  11. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  12. Fried onion- 1 tbsp
  13. Salt - to taste
  14. Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp

Preparation:
  1. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes off.
  3. Crush the fried onion and add to this and mix well.
  4. Take a bowl. Mix ingredients from 2 to 8 and mix well.
  5. Add this mixture to the butter and onion mixture and mix well.
  6. Cover and cook for 4 minutes on a low flame.
  7. Add salt to taste.
  8. Add some milk little by little and mix well, so that it will not cuddle.
  9. Add the red colour and mix well.
  10. Now add the paneer slices and mix well.
  11. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  12. Serve hot with chapatti or roti.
