Ingredients:
- Paneer slices - 1 cup
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri methi powder - 1/4 tsp
- Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
- Tomato puree - 2 tsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Red colour - 1 pinch
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Fried onion- 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Preparation:
- Heat the butter in a non-stick pan.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes off.
- Crush the fried onion and add to this and mix well.
- Take a bowl. Mix ingredients from 2 to 8 and mix well.
- Add this mixture to the butter and onion mixture and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 4 minutes on a low flame.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add some milk little by little and mix well, so that it will not cuddle.
- Add the red colour and mix well.
- Now add the paneer slices and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapatti or roti.
