Energy Balls..!!!


Have these energy balls packed in your bag, and have them when you are hungry for that instant energy, anytime, anywhere.............!!! 
1 or 2 of these is enough to stand your hunger pangs..

Ingredients:

  1. Dates - 10 to 15 nos.
  2. Fig - 6 to 8 nos.
  3. Badam - 10 to 15 nos.
  4. Split Walnut - 10 to 15 nos.
  5. Cashewnut - 10 nos.


Preparation:

  1. Soak Dates and Figs in water for sometime around 20 minutes, so that they become soft.
  2. Grind them into a fine paste. The small seeds of the fig would still remain in the paste. That should be ok, since we get to chew them while eating, which is nice as well.
  3. Now crush the badam, walnut and cashews.
  4. Add them to the paste made in step 1 and mix all ingredients well.
  5. Now make small balls out of it.
  6. You could garnish with Badam or Cashewnut.
  7. Store in refrigerator so that they stay fresh for long..
