Ingredients:
- Yardlong beans - 15 to 20 nos.
- Sliced onion - 1 medium (can also use sliced shallots)
- Slit green chillies - 2 to 3 nos.
- Coconut oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
- Water - 100ml
- Salt - to taste
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add sliced onion, slit green chillies and yardlong beans.
- Add salt and saute.
- And water and mix well.
- Cover with a lid and cook while stirring occasionally. Make sure that the green colour is intact.
- When it is almost 60% done, remove the lid, add coconut oil and mix.
- Allow it to fry for some time. Saute occasionally.
- Remove from flame and serve hot with rice.
