Ingredients:
- Green Gram sprouts - 3/4 cup
- Pomegranate - 1/2 cup
- Cucumber pieces - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice (of 1 lemon)
- Black pepper powder - 1&1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add the green gram sprouts and add some hot water to it.
- Leave it for 5 minutes and then remove from water.
- Now add cut cucumber pieces, pomegranate to the sprouts and mix well.
- Add salt, lemon juice and black pepper powder and mix well.
- Chill for some time in the refrigerator and serve.
