Green Gram Pomegranate Veggies Salad


Ingredients:
  1. Green Gram sprouts - 3/4 cup
  2. Pomegranate - 1/2 cup
  3. Cucumber pieces - 1/2 cup
  4. Lemon juice (of 1 lemon)
  5. Black pepper powder - 1&1/2 tsp 
  6. Salt - to taste

Preparation:
  1. In a bowl, add the green gram sprouts and add some hot water to it. 
  2. Leave it for 5 minutes and then remove from water.
  3. Now add cut cucumber pieces, pomegranate to the sprouts and mix well.
  4.  Add salt, lemon juice and black pepper powder and mix well.
  5. Chill for some time in the refrigerator and serve.
