Ingredients:
- Carrot - 1 no. (chopped cubes)
- Beans - 10 nos. (chopped)
- Cauliflower - small florets - 15 nos.
- Baby corn - small round pieces- 2 nos.
- Capsicum - small cubes - 1no.
- Potato - small cubes - 1 no.
- Tomato - small cubes - 1 no.
- Onion - chopped - 1 cup
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green chilli - chopped - 2 nos.
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Paneer cubes - 15 nos.
- Kasuri methi - 1 tsp.
- Coriander leaves - chopped
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp (preferable MDH Kitchen King)
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Oil - tsp
- Salt - to taste
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- Add jeera and allow it to splutter.
- Add chopped onion and fry.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
- Add salt, turmeic powder, coriander powder, green chilli and fry.
- Add all the chopped vegetables.
- After adding the vegetables, cover with lid and cook on low flame.
- When done, add tomatoes and paneer and cook, till tomatoes become soft.
- Add kasuri methi, garam masala and mix.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and mix.
- Remove from flame and server hot with chapattis/rotis.
