Ingredients:
- Onion - 4 big
- Tomato - 2 to 3 big
- Green Chilli - 4 to 5
- Ginger - 1 inch stick
- Garlic - 7 to 8 cloves
- Curry Leaves - 2 sticks
- Mutton Stalk (mutton cooked with salt and turmeric)
- Mutton (cooked) - 1kg
- Chilli powder - 1 &1/2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
- Cashew Paste - 1/2 cup
- Coconut milk - 3/4 cup
- Coconut Oil
- Mustard
- Onion
- Curry leaves
- Garlic
- Heat oil.
- Add cut onions and fry. Add salt.
- Add cut tomatoes and cook well.
- Add slit green chillies, add garlic paste and then ginger paste and fry.
- Add curry leaves.
- Add the mutton stalk and cook well.
- Add the cooked mutton.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
- Add cashewnut paste.
- Add coconut milk and mix well.
- Add the garnish at the end and serve.
