In today's video, lets see the recipe of #Mumbai Street Style Pav Bhaji Dosa, which is spicy and absolutely delicious. Since it is street style, there is lot of butter and sauces going into it, which makes it tasty. Plus the stuffing takes it to a different level altogether. Ingredients Dosa Batter Salt as per taste for the batter Ingredients for the stuffing: Unsalted Butter - 2 tbsp Schezwan Chutney - 2 to 3 tbsp Sliced Onion - few pieces Shredded Cabbage - few pieces Green Capsicum - few pieces Sliced Tomato - few pieces Slit Green Chilli - 1 no. Boiled and Mashed Potato (cooked with some turmeric and salt) - 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 tsp (I have used MDH Brand) Kitchen King Masala - 1 tsp ( I have used Everest Brand) Salt - 1/4 tsp Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp Grated Mozzarella Cheese - 2 to 3 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1 to 2 tbsp Preparation: Add required amount of salt to the dosa batter and mix well. The batter should not be too very loose or too very thick. Heat a tawa on high flame. Once it turns very hot, sprinkle water and wipe with a cloth. This is done to regulate the temperature and in turn your dosa would get evenly cooked and become crispy. Pour a paddle full of the batter and swirl to make a dosa. Set the flame between low to medium and start adding the ingredients listed under the stuffing above. When you spread the melted butter and schezwan chutney, make sure to spread it evenly and till the edges, so that the dosa gets a nice uniform colour. After this, add the vegetables and the masala powders. Now mash the stuffing with the help of a spoon or a spatula. You can even use a potato masher. Once done, grate some cheese on top and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Set the flame to medium now and let the dosa cook for 1 or 2 minutes until it turns crisp. Start rolling the dosa into a log shape. Transfer it on to a chopping board and you can cut it into 2 or 3 pieces. The Spicy Street Style Pav Bhaji Dosa is now ready to be served. You can have it just like that or along with some coconut chutney. Enjoy it while it is still hot and do not let it cool down!!! Do try this and let me know your feedback in the comments section.
