In today's video, we will see how to make simple and easy eggless chocolate chip muffins. You can make these for your kids and enjoy it yourself along with a cup of tea.

Ingredients
Milk - 1 cup
White Vinegar - 1 tbsp
All Purpose Flour - 1.5 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Vegetable Oil - 1/3 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup for garnish
Muffin moulds or ordinary paper cups

Preparation:
To prepare the buttermilk, add 1 tbsp of white vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
Combine the dry ingredients next. Into a bowl, add in all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and mix well.
Combine the wet ingredients next. Mix together sugar, oil and vanilla extract.
Now add the dry ingredients in small batches to the sugar and oil mixture.
Alternately pour in buttermilk in small batches.
Incorporate all of the flour mixture and buttermilk in this way.
Once the batter is ready, add in the chocolate chips and fold in gently.
Now line up some muffin moulds or ordinary paper or tea cups.
Pour in the batter half way through into each of the moulds.
Garnish with more chocolate chips on top.
Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade and bake these muffins for about 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack and cool down slightly.
Eggless Chocolate Chip Muffins are now ready to be served!!
They turned out to be super moist and with every bite, you can enjoy the chocolaty flavour from the chocolate chips.
