Baby Potatoes - 250 gms
Water - to cook the potatoes
Salt - to cook the potatoes
Slurry:
Cornstarch - 2 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Water - to make the slurry
Mayo Sauce:
Veg Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
Chopped Onion - 2 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
