Today lets see how to make Mango Cheesecake Parfait, which is a dessert that you can quickly make and serve when you have some guests at home.
Ingredients
Chocolate Cookies - 12 to 15
Melted Butter - 1/4 cup
Whipping Cream - 1/2 cup
Mango Puree - 1 cup
Creamcheese - 100gm
Chopped Mangoes - 1/4 cup
Cherries - for garnish
Mint Leaves - for garnish
Preparation
Powder the cookies by placing it in a mixer jar.
Add melted butter to the powdered cookies, mix well and set aside.
Take chilled whipping cream in a bowl. Use an electric blender and beat it until stiff peaks are formed. Set aside.
Take creamcheese in a bowl. Use the electric blender and blend until it becomes smooth.
Add half the fresh mango puree to this and blend until you get a smooth mixture.
Time to layer the Parfait. You can use any servin glass.
Add a layer of cookies at the bottom of the serving glass.
Next add a layer of creamcheese and mango mixture.
Top it up with a layer of whipping cream.
Now you may repeat the layers once again.
Spread some mango puree that was reserved earlier on top of both the glasses.
Finally you can garnish with some whipped cream, chopped mangoes, cherries and mint leaves.
Refreshing Mango Cheesecake Parfait is ready. You can serve it chilled.
