Frozen Summer Treats | No Churn Oreo Ice Cream Video Recipe


Today's recipe is an Oreo Ice Cream. Kids love Oreo biscuits and if it is in the form of an icecream, they would relish it. It is very easy to make this, with very few ingredients.

Ingredients

Oreo Biscuits (Pink Cream) - 8 to 10
Oreo Biscuits (Chocolate Cream) - 8 to 10
Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp
Whipping Cream (chilled) - 200ml
Strawberry Syrup
Chocolate Syrup
Oreo Biscuits for Garnish


Preparation:
Add the oreo biscuits to a zip lock pouch and seal it.
Use a rolling pin to smash the biscuits until you get a coarse mixture. Set it aside.
Take condensed milk in a bowl. Add vanilla extract and mix it well and set it aside.
Take whipping cream in another bowl. It must be chilled before we start whipping it.
With the help of an electric blender, start blending the whipping cream on a medium speed,

until stiff peaks are formed.
Divide the whipped cream into two sets. Add strawberry syrup to one and chocolate syrup to

another. You may skip this step if you do not have these syrups. This is optional.
Add pink cream biscuits to the bowl where you added the strawberry syrup and mix it well.
Add the chocolate cream biscuits to the bowl where you added the chocolate syrup and mix it

well.
Take 2 air tight containers. Add the icecream mix to both the containers.
Close tightly with the lids and freeze for about 5 to 6 hours.
The oreo ice cream is ready to be served.
Take scoops of the icecream and add to the serving bowl.
You can add some crushed oreo on top and garnish with some oreo biscuits!!
