White Pomfret Fry - Kerala Style



Today i will be showing how to make a simple fish fry recipe. It is White Pomfret Fry. 

Instructions:
Make a paste of red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, fennel seeds powder, black pepper powder and ginger garlic paste. Add water and make a thick paste. Marinate the fish using this paste and keep aside for 20 minutes.

Heat Oil in a pan. Fry the fish on both sides on a medium flame until golden brown.
Remove the fish onto a kitchen towel so that the excess oil gets absorbed. Garnish with some fried curry leaves and onion rings.
Serve hot with rice...
