Today lets see how to make Melting Snowman Cookies...
Ingredients:
- Cookies - 3
- White Marchmallows - 3
- Icing Sugar - 1 cup
- Egg White - 1
- Chocolate Syrup
- Some Dates, Tutty Fruity and Black Jeera
Preparation:
Royal Icing
- Whisk together egg white and icing sugar
- Add icing sugar gradually
- Whisk until it becomes thick and creamy.
- Cover with cling wrap to avoid contact with air.
For the Cookies
- Fill a decorating pen with royal icing
- Take each cookie and and using the pen, draw the edges for the snowman.
- Fill the centre with royal icing with the help of a spoon.
- Using a toothpick, correct the edges
- Cut the marshmallows at an angle.
- Place the marshmallow at the edge of the cookie to form the head.
- Refrigerate for 30 mins to set
- Using black jeera and tutty fruit, make the eyes and nose. Stick them using royal icing.
- Next make the hands and buttons using thin date strips (skin of the dates) and tutty fruity (cut into round disks).
- Melting Snowman Cookies is ready!!!
- Dust with some icing sugar to get the snow effect.....
