Ingredients:
- Mutton Liver - 250 gm
- Chopped Onion - 1 big
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Slit Green Chillies - 2
- Curry leaves - 2 sticks
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - for seasoning
- Chopped Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
Preparation:
- Wash and chop the liver into small cubes.
- Heat a pan. Add oil to the pan. Once the oil turns hot, add mustard seeds and wait until they splutter.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell is gone.
- Add fresh curry leaves.
- Now add chopped onion and some salt and fry until they slightly turn brown. Add slit green chillies as well.
- At this stage, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
- Add the liver cubes and mix well. Adjust the salt accordingly by adding more if required.
- Add water to this and mix well.
- Cover and cook on a medium flame for about 15 minutes or until it is done. Stir occasionally.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
