Ingredients
- Ripe Avocado – 1 big
- Chopped Onion – 1 medium
- Chopped Tomato – 1 medium
- Chopped Green Chilies – 2
- Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Preparation
- Chop the Avocado into small cubes and keep aside.
- Take a bowl. Add the chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the chopped avocado to it and mix gently so that the mixture is evenly spread.
- Serve as a salad along with lunch or dinner.
