Avocado Salad


Ingredients
  1. Ripe Avocado – 1 big
  2. Chopped Onion – 1 medium
  3. Chopped Tomato – 1 medium
  4. Chopped Green Chilies – 2
  5. Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tsp
  6. Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
  7. Salt – to taste
  8. Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp


Preparation
  1. Chop the Avocado into small cubes and keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl. Add the chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Add the chopped avocado to it and mix gently so that the mixture is evenly spread.
  4. Serve as a salad along with lunch or dinner.
