Mixed Vegan Salad



Ingredients
Vegetables:
  1. Carrot- 2
  2. Beans – 4 to 5
  3. Brocolli florets – ½ cup
  4. Diced Red and Yellow Bell Peppers – ½ cup

Dressing:
  1. Thousand Island Salad Dressing – 2 tbsp
  2. Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
  3. Salt – to taste
  4. Black Pepper powder - 1 tbsp

Preparation:
  1. Heat a pan. Add Olive oil to it.
  2. Add all the chopped vegetables, salt and black pepper powder and saute for few mins until slightly done.
  3. Remove from flame.
  4. Add the Thousand Island salad dressing and serve.
