Ingredients:
- Gram flour-1 cup
- Sliced Onion - 1
- Carrot Julienne - 1/4 cup
- Potato Julienne - 1/2 cup
- Capsicum Julienne - 1/2 cup
- Paneer slices - 1/4 cup
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Coriander seeds - 1tbsp
- Saunf - 1 tbsp
- Carom seeds- 2 pinch
- Oil - for frying
- Salt - to taste
Preparation:
- Crush the coriander seeds and saunf to make it a coarse mixture.
- Add gram flour to it.
- Mix in the carom seeds, salt and 2 tbsp of oil and mix well.
- Now add all the chopped vegetables and mix well.
- Keep aside for 5 mins so that the water from the vegetables makes the flour moist.
- Add little water if needed.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Take small portions of the mixture and drop into hot oil.
- Cook on both sides until they are golden brown.
- Serve hot with tea.
