Mixed Veg Pakoda


Ingredients:

  1. Gram flour-1 cup
  2. Sliced Onion - 1
  3. Carrot Julienne - 1/4 cup
  4. Potato Julienne - 1/2 cup
  5. Capsicum Julienne - 1/2 cup
  6. Paneer slices - 1/4 cup
  7. Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  8. Coriander seeds - 1tbsp
  9. Saunf - 1 tbsp
  10. Carom seeds- 2 pinch
  11. Oil - for frying
  12. Salt - to taste

Preparation:
  1. Crush the coriander seeds and saunf to make it a coarse mixture.
  2. Add gram flour to it.
  3. Mix in the carom seeds, salt and 2 tbsp of oil and mix well.
  4. Now add all the chopped vegetables and mix well.
  5. Keep aside for 5 mins so that the water from the vegetables makes the flour moist.
  6. Add little water if needed.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Take small portions of the mixture and drop into hot oil.
  9. Cook on both sides until they are golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with tea.
