Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins


Ingredients

  1. Butter - 1/2 cup
  2. Maida - 1 cup
  3. Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
  4. Eggs - 2 nos.
  5. Chocolate chips- 1/4 cup
  6. Baking powder - 1 pinch


Preparation

  1. Take the butter in a bowl and mix well until it becomes smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
  3. Beat the eggs and add it little by little to this mixture and mix well.
  4. Mix maida and baking powder well in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the maida to the egg mixture and fold it using a spatula.
  6. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
  7. Take the muffin mould and place the muffin paper cups in each of it.
  8. Drop 1 big spoon of the mixture into each mould and top it up with chocolate chips.
  9. Preheat the oven to 200 degree centigrade.
  10. Bake the muffins for few minutes on 200 degree centigrade and later under 180 degree centigrade until they become fluffy.
  11. Check with a toothpick if it is cooked completely.
