Green Gram Sprouts Stir Fry


Ingredients:

  1. Green gram sprouts - 1 cup 
  2. Slit green chillies - 3 to 4
  3. Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  4. Curry leaves - 5 to 10
  5. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the mustard seeds and wait until it crackles.
  2. add the green chillies and curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
  3. Add the sprouts, grated coconut, salt and mix well.
  4. Add few drops of water and cover and cook on a low flame until the sprouts are slightly cooked.
  5. Remove from flame and serve hot with rice. Or it can be had as-is.
