Ingredients:
- Chopped Cheera - 1 cup
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Jeera Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Crushed Garlic Cloves - 2 nos.
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
- Add ingredients from 2 to 7 in a mixer grinder and grind to a coarse mix.
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds and wait until it splutters.
- Add the coconut mix. Add chopped cheera and mix well.
- Sprinkle little water and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
- once done, remove from flame.
