Phulka !



Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Water - to prepare the dough

Preparation:

  1. Make a dough of wheat flour, salt and water.
  2. Keep aside for some time for the dough to become soft.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and make a round ball.
  4. Make a round roti out of each portion.
  5. Heat a tawa. Add each of the roti. 
  6. When half cooked, transfer it to a metal rack (used for making phulka), kept directly on the flame.
  7. When the phulka is fully puffed, remove from the flame.
  8. Repeat the same with the other rotis as well.
  9. Serve hot with any gravy.
