Hara Bhara Chicken Kabab



Ingredients:

  1. Chicken pieces - 6 to 8 pieces
  2. Corn flour - 3 tbsp
  3. Crushed Ginger - 1 tbsp
  4. Crushed Garlic - 1 tbsp
  5. Crushed Green Chilli - 1 tbsp
  6. Chopped Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  7. Curry leaves - 20 leaves apprx
  8. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Chicken masala - 1 tsp
  11. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  12. Oil - for frying
Preparation:
  1. Add ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves in a mixer grinder and make a smooth paste.
  2. Now add the remaining ingredients - corn flour, turmeric powder, salt, chicken masala and lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Add chicken pieces to this mixture and mix well.
  4. Marinate it for 30 minutes.
  5. Take oil in a pan. Add the chicken pieces to it and fry on a medium flame.
  6. Fry the chicken until its cooked and fried well.
  7. Server hot with roti or rice.
