Ingredients:
- Chicken pieces - 6 to 8 pieces
- Corn flour - 3 tbsp
- Crushed Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Crushed Garlic - 1 tbsp
- Crushed Green Chilli - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves - 20 leaves apprx
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken masala - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Oil - for frying
Preparation:
- Add ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves in a mixer grinder and make a smooth paste.
- Now add the remaining ingredients - corn flour, turmeric powder, salt, chicken masala and lemon juice and mix well.
- Add chicken pieces to this mixture and mix well.
- Marinate it for 30 minutes.
- Take oil in a pan. Add the chicken pieces to it and fry on a medium flame.
- Fry the chicken until its cooked and fried well.
- Server hot with roti or rice.
