Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Grated coconut - 3/4 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Water - to make the batter
Preparation:
- Mix wheat flour and salt well.
- Pour water and mix well, so as to avoid lumps. The consistency should be that of the dosa batter.
- Mix the coconut and sugar together. Add the cardamom powder if required.
- Heat the tawa. Spread the batter in the form of a dosa.
- Add some oil if required.
- When one side is done, put the other side down on the tawa, so that both sides are cooked.
- Spread the coconut and sugar mixture over the dosa.
- Fold and remove from tawa and serve hot.
- Can be prepared as morning breakfast.
