Sweet Wheat Dosa


Ingredients:
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Grated coconut - 3/4 cup
  • Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
  • Water - to make the batter

Preparation:
  • Mix wheat flour and salt well.
  • Pour water and mix well, so as to avoid lumps. The consistency should be that of the dosa batter.
  • Mix the coconut and sugar together. Add the cardamom powder if required.
  • Heat the tawa. Spread the batter in the form of a dosa.
  • Add some oil if required.
  • When one side is done, put the other side down on the tawa, so that both sides are cooked.
  • Spread the coconut and sugar mixture over the dosa.
  • Fold and remove from tawa and serve hot.
  • Can be prepared as morning breakfast.
