Ingredients:
All cut into thin slices
- Carrot - 2 nos.
- Raddish - 2 nos.
- Potato - 1 to 2 nos.
- Garlic Cloves - 7 to 8 nos.
- Green Chillies - 2 to 3 nos.
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (optional)
- Salt - to taste
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add jeera and wait till it splutters.
- Add sliced garlic and green chillies and saute slightly till the aroma comes out.
- Add the chopped vegetables and saute.
- Add turmeric and salt and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 6 to 10 mins. Stir occasionally.
- Garnish with coriander leaves once done.
