Carrot Raddish Potato Subji !


Ingredients:

All cut into thin slices
  • Carrot  - 2 nos.
  • Raddish - 2 nos.
  • Potato - 1 to 2 nos.
  • Garlic Cloves - 7 to 8 nos.
  • Green Chillies - 2 to 3 nos.
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Salt - to taste

Preparation:
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add jeera and wait till it splutters.
  • Add sliced garlic and green chillies and saute slightly till the aroma comes out.
  • Add the chopped vegetables and saute.
  • Add turmeric and salt and mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low flame for 6 to 10 mins. Stir occasionally.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves once done.
