Chicken 65


Preparation:
To fry the chicken
  1. Cut the chicken into medium pieces. to this add salt, 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste, 1 tsp pepper powder, cornflour and mix well.
  2. Add 1 egg and mix well until the egg coats the chicken peices well.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add chicken pieces and fry until golden brown. Drain and remove on a paper towel.
To prepare the sauce
  1. Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin, chopped ginger and garlic and suate until light brown.
  3. Add chopped chillies, curry leaves,1 tsp ginger/garlic paste, remaining pepper powder, chilli powder, salt,chilli/garlic paste, aji-no-moto, red color and saute well.
  4. Cook for few minutes.
  5. Add little water and then add chicken to this paste and toss lightly.
  6. Add some coriander leaves for the garnish.
