Preparation:
To fry the chicken
- Cut the chicken into medium pieces. to this add salt, 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste, 1 tsp pepper powder, cornflour and mix well.
- Add 1 egg and mix well until the egg coats the chicken peices well.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add chicken pieces and fry until golden brown. Drain and remove on a paper towel.
To prepare the sauce
- Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a pan.
- Add cumin, chopped ginger and garlic and suate until light brown.
- Add chopped chillies, curry leaves,1 tsp ginger/garlic paste, remaining pepper powder, chilli powder, salt,chilli/garlic paste, aji-no-moto, red color and saute well.
- Cook for few minutes.
- Add little water and then add chicken to this paste and toss lightly.
- Add some coriander leaves for the garnish.
