Ingredients:
- Carrot - 1 no.
- Beetroot - 1/4 th of a beetroot
- Half an Apple
- Ginger - 3/4th inch stick
- Juice of half a lemon
- Palm Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
- Chop carrot, beetroot and apple into small cubes.
- Add them to a food processor or mixer grinder along with ginger and palm sugar.
- Extract all of the juice.
- Squeeze the lime into the juice and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
