Ingredients
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Maida - 1 cup
- Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 2 nos.
- Chocolate chips- 1/4 cup
- Baking powder - 1 pinch
Preparation
- Take the butter in a bowl and mix well until it becomes smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Beat the eggs and add it little by little to this mixture and mix well.
- Mix maida and baking powder well in a separate bowl.
- Add the maida to the egg mixture and fold it using a spatula.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Take the muffin mould and place the muffin paper cups in each of it.
- Drop 1 big spoon of the mixture into each mould and top it up with chocolate chips.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degree centigrade.
- Bake the muffins for few minutes on 200 degree centigrade and later under 180 degree centigrade until they become fluffy.
- Check with a toothpick if it is cooked completely.
