Ingredients:
- Chopped Kovakkya - 1 cup
- Sliced Onion - 1 no.
- Slit Green Chillies - 3 to 4
- Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Turmeric Powder - 3/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Transfer ingredients from 1 to 3 to a pan, add salt and water. Cover and cook until it becomes slightly soft.
- Now add coconut oil and fry on a medium flame for 15 mins or until it turns crisp. Keep stirring occasionally.
- Add turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well.
- Server hot with rice or roti.
