Ingredients:
- Green gram sprouts - 1 cup
- Slit green chillies - 3 to 4
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves - 5 to 10
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the mustard seeds and wait until it crackles.
- add the green chillies and curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
- Add the sprouts, grated coconut, salt and mix well.
- Add few drops of water and cover and cook on a low flame until the sprouts are slightly cooked.
- Remove from flame and serve hot with rice. Or it can be had as-is.
