Ingredients:
- Maggie Atta Noodles - 1 packet
- Slit Green Chilli - 2 nos.
- Sliced Capsicum - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1 no.
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Water
For Garnish:
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, some turmeric and fry.
- Add the noodles to it.
- Add water enough to cook the noodles. Add capsicum to it.
- In a separate pan, add some oil and scramble the egg. Add some turmeric and salt to the egg.
- When the noodles is cooked, add the scrambled egg and the noodles tastemaker to it and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
