Ingredients:
Salt - to taste
Water - to prepare the dough
Preparation:
- Make a dough of wheat flour, salt and water.
- Keep aside for some time for the dough to become soft.
- Divide the dough into small portions and make a round ball.
- Make a round roti out of each portion.
- Heat a tawa. Add each of the roti.
- When half cooked, transfer it to a metal rack (used for making phulka), kept directly on the flame.
- When the phulka is fully puffed, remove from the flame.
- Repeat the same with the other rotis as well.
- Serve hot with any gravy.
